Food Trucks Rock! Spend more of your time
Selling Food!

We have a licensed & shared use, commissary kitchen based in Springfield, minutes from downtown or route 91.

We try to simple, straight forward, and easy to understand. The Kitchen is open 24/7 to make life easier. All plans are monthly subscriptions. Food truck plans are designed for those people who are out serving food and not spending most of their time in the kitchen. Everything a food truck business needs to “report (to) twice daily to assemble and store food as well as to clean and sanitize your truck and equipment.”

We know you are busy and need a kitchen to get licensed... Our Ghost Truck membership solves that problem; click below to sign up immediately. We will provide the city or town with the paperwork to get you going!
